We woke up this morning to this:
!!!!
It is really unusual to have a day this gorgeous out on the beach in Washington (at least for us), so we took full advantage. We did so much today, it has to be brought to you in 3 separate posts.
The view out to the ocean as we sipped our coffee and prepared for the day.
We set out for Cape Disappointment State Park, down on the bottom corner of the Washington State, at the mouth of the Columbia River. We stopped at the first scenic overlook we came across, Beard's Hollow Overlook.
More views of the Pacific on this beautiful day.
Following the overlook, we headed out to the North Head Lighthouse. The light was so cool spilling through the forest.
Steam rising. We're pretty sure Sasquatch lives down there. Enter at your own risk!!
North Head Lighthouse. Yay.
The ocean rolling in on the shallows.
Good morning Kylie!!
Rugged coastline.
So happy to be here!! The air smelled sooo good right there!
Hmm...I think they're onto us!!
