Disneyland

Disneyland was a blast, as always! The weather was fair - just rainy enough to keep off the crowds, but not too rainy to spoil the day. This was a great age to take Kylie, but she was still pretty scared of the indoor - aka DARK! - rides. Princesses were met and fun was had by all!

 Good morning Disney!

 Ready for action!

 Cheese!

 Lovely ladies!

 Oh boy! A Carousel!

 Let's ride!

 Again!

 Boo! Ahhhh!

Greeting from Disneyland!

 Cali-girl!

 Rockin' the ears!

 Happy day

Uh oh! It's Nemo's Submarine of TERROR!

Whew! Made it...back to the teacups!

 Let's spin!

 At the mouse house!

 CHEESE!

 Who's drivin' this thing?!?

Goodbye King Arthur Carousel - see you next year!

Merry Mousey Christmas!

Disneyland 1

This morning we drove from Palm Springs to Anaheim to visit DISNEYLAND! I hadn't been there since I was a kid, and it was Autumn and Kylie's first time. We visited the princess castle, rode the carousel and Dumbo rides, grabbed a bite to eat and then checked into our apartment. After a nap and some adult refreshment, we headed back for some Disney after dark, which was NOT a hit with Kylie. We walked around a bit and rode a couple of rides, but after a very scary and tear-filled ending to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Kylie was ready to go home!

 Walt & Mickey

 It's a Frozen Castle!

 Ridin' horseys!

 Dumbo!

 We can fly!

Teacups was and still is my favorite ride!

 TEACUPS!

And now we're even on the teacups!!

 It's a Small World!

It hasn't changed in 25 years!

 It's a small family!

 Kylie to Jasmine: "Where's Aladdin?"
Jasmine:  "Good question! I'm going to have to talk to him!"

One more round on the carousel!

Cheese!
