Disneyland

Disneyland was a blast, as always! The weather was fair - just rainy enough to keep off the crowds, but not too rainy to spoil the day. This was a great age to take Kylie, but she was still pretty scared of the indoor - aka DARK! - rides. Princesses were met and fun was had by all!

 Good morning Disney!

 Ready for action!

 Cheese!

 Lovely ladies!

 Oh boy! A Carousel!

 Let's ride!

 Again!

 Boo! Ahhhh!

Greeting from Disneyland!

 Cali-girl!

 Rockin' the ears!

 Happy day

Uh oh! It's Nemo's Submarine of TERROR!

Whew! Made it...back to the teacups!

 Let's spin!

 At the mouse house!

 CHEESE!

 Who's drivin' this thing?!?

Goodbye King Arthur Carousel - see you next year!

Merry Mousey Christmas!

Honolulu

Honolulu is really becoming our second home base this year! We spent a day of "rest" between flights filling up our cooler with goodies for the coming months, shopping and eating at restaurants before heading back to Majuro.

 Let's race!

Jacquelyn Visit - Part 3 - Day of the DEAD!!

Before Jacquelyn flew home, we went into DC to the Museum of American History. Later we had brunch at Oyamel, our fave Mexican restaurant here, and then went back down to the National Mall for a carousel ride!

Majuro to North Carolina!

Kylie and I tagged along with Autumn to DC for some training and a quick family vacation. After 24+ hours of traveling, we made it to Virginia! The first day was a whirlwind of buying warm clothes for the trip and catching up with V&S. The next morning we drove through Shenendoah down to the Smokey Mountains in North Carolina (a state that I love more each time we visit). It was a long drive, but totally worth it for the beautiful fall foliage! After being in Majuro, everything seemed HUGE! I'm pretty sure that the Capitol Beltway is bigger (and wider) than the whole island!

 Cupcakes with V&S!

If there's a carousel, Kylie will find it!
No matter how tiny!

Stopping in to the Southern Inn for some southern food!

First glimpses of fall foliage

Say family vay-cay!

Westlake Carousel

Our next few days in Seattle passed way too quickly. We spent time downtown doing Christmas shopping and in Queen Anne eating. Autumn got a little "me-time" at Gene Juarez, and we stopped by all our favorites, Starbucks, Fran's Chocolates, Peso's & Shiki, Taste @ SAM to drive-by visit Will, Nordstrom, Macy's & Old Navy, See's Candies and Sephora. Of course, we also visited the Holiday Carousel at Westlake with Kylie (multiple times)!

 Mama & baby ridin' a Canadian-themed horse-y!

Macy's decked out for the season

 Woo-hoo!

This time on a pink and black stallion!

You got me dad?!?
