Both Autumn and I have had a weird fascination with the La Brea Tar Pits, and now we have a curious two year old, so it seemed like the perfect morning activity before heading back to Palm Springs. After visiting the pits, and hearing, "That one fell into the pit too!" from Kylie at every single fossil in the museum, we grabbed a bite to eat from a food truck and drove along on our way.
We checked into Ron and Julie's million dollar mobile home and had a great night visiting and playing.
