Today, I cooked just about all day. First I made Peach and Almond Tartlets with Cream Cheese Filling, and followed that up with a big batch of chile verde.

Your cooking adventures look super tasty. And I just have to say I only voted for Puerto Vallarta because due to some oversight Ciudad Juarez wasn't on your list of potential vacation spots. I really can't imagine why... looking forward to seeing you two next month during team Mexico reunion! -Lisa
